配送について

通常配送：
ご指定がない限りご注文手続き完了後、翌営業日にご注文の商品を発送いたします。
地域によりますが、発送後1〜3日で商品はお手元に届きます。

指定配達日：
配達のご希望日や時間帯がございましたら、オーダーシートの該当する欄にご入力ください。
時間帯については多少の遅れが生じることもありますのでご承知ください。

Standard delivery
Unless specified otherwise orders are dispatched one working day after order procedures were completed.
Depending upon the location receivers will receive the order within 1-3 days after the dispatch date.

Timing your delivery
Should you desire to receive your order on a certain date and/or time, please complete respective entries in the order form. It should be noted that delays in time might occur.
Please also note that orders must be dispatched within 30 days after the order date at the latest.

【配送について】
・特に明記されている場合を除き、本州、四国への配送先1件分の配送料を無料で承ります。
・北海道・九州への配送は、送料無料対象外のため、500円の料金がご注文後にかかります。
・沖縄・離島への配送は、送料無料対象外のため、1,000円の料金がご注文後にかかります。

【About standard delivery】
・ Unless otherwise specified, we accept shipping charges for one delivery destination to Honshu and Shikoku free of charge.
・ Delivery to Hokkaido and Kyushu is not eligible for free shipping, so a charge of 500 yen will be charged.
・ Delivery to Okinawa and remote islands is not eligible for free shipping, so a charge of 1,000 yen will be charged.

・クール便をご希望の場合は、送料無料対象商品を含むすべての配送に対して、別途料金がかかります。
（ご注文10本以下300円(税込)、20本以下600円(税込)）
・商品とご一緒にクール便チケットをご購入ください。
・お客様のお手元に最良の状態でワインをお届けするために、4月16日から9月30日まで「クール便」による配送を特におすすめします。
・冬季期間中の寒冷地へのお届けにも、必要に応じてクール便をご利用ください。（凍結を防ぐため）
・クール配送の標準的な保冷温度は、6〜10°Cです。
・クール便の1カートンあたりのボトルの最大数は10本(12本ではない)単位です。

[About cool delivery]
・ If you wish to have a cool delivery, a separate fee will be charged for all deliveries including products eligible for free shipping. (Order 10 or less bottles at 300 yen (tax included), 20 or less bottles at 600 yen (tax included))
・ Please purchase a cool delivery ticket with the products.
・ In order to deliver wine in the best condition to our customers, we especially recommend delivery by "cool delivery" from April 16th to September 30th.
・ Please use cool delivery as needed for delivery to cold regions during the winter season-to prevent freezing). ・ The standard storage temperature for cool delivery is 6 to 10 ° C.
・ The maximum number of bottles per carton for cool delivery is 10 bottles (not 12 bottles).

全ての仕入れ先からの木箱やダンボール箱は、しっかりとしたダンボール箱に梱包されて配送されます。
"お好み詰合せ"は弊社の標準梱包手順で梱包し発送されるので、箱詰めされるワインの種類や本数は梱包作業中に判断し決められること、また、これらのダンボール箱はギフト用でないこともご承知ください。

All cases and cartons are delivered in solid cartons.
Please note that products for delivery in "Assorted Cartons" are packed and dispatched in line with standard working procedures; the kinds and numbers of products in each carton cannot be determined in advance.
These cartons are also not suitable as gift boxes.
