濃いめルビー色で縁はピンク。よく熟したブラックチェリーやプラム、なめし革、ロースト香などが広がり出る。穏やかでなめらかなアタックで、酸はいくぶんソフト。ボリューム感があり厚みがあり、食感が心地よい。タンニンもしっかりとしてストラクチャーが強い。フルボディ。セラー温度で。今美味しい。

明るめのルビー色。フレッシュな香りが立ち上る。ミントや熟したアメリカンチェリー、ベリー系果実が軽快に香る。しなやかなアタックで、酸もフレッシュ。ほどよい軽快感のあるしっとりとした味わい。タンニンも多くはなく溶け込んでいる。

2014 - メンドーサ : 7 / 10 (superior)
多くのワイン醸造業者にとってむずかしい年でした。この年は霜で始まり、寒中収穫で終わりました。暑すぎる天気も有利ではないのですが、明らかな困難にもかかわらず、2014年ヴィンテージは良く評価されています。ワインは新鮮な心地よい香りが広がります。アルコール度は高いというよりは中位で、食事と合う最高のワインです。

2014 - Mendoza : 7 / 10 (superior)
This was a difficult year for most vintners. It started with a Frost and finished with a cold weather harvest. Yet, despite these apparent difficulties the vintage is rated well as a not so hot weather also has its advantages. The wines are aromatic and fresh, the alcohol level is medium rather than high. These are excellent food wines.

Tasting notes

色調は鮮やかなルビー色、縁はピンク色。ふわっとした華やかな香りは、完熟したブラックチェリー、ブラックベリー、カシスに、丁字などのスパイス香や香ばしいロースト香などが調和し、若々しさも感じる。なめらかなアタック、やわらかな酸味、細やかで豊かなタンニン。ボリューム感も丸みもあり、みずみずしさも感じられる。

The wine has a beautiful ruby colour with pink edges. The youthful scent is soft and rich of well-ripe black cherry, blackberry, cassis, spice and fragrant roast insence etc. The attack is smooth while the acidity is soft. This is a voluminous wine which is well structured and possesses a rich texture. Tannins are fine, rich and silky. All in all a well balanced, fresh and medium bodied wine. Drink now or later.

2011 - ボルドー : 7 / 10 (superior)
2011年は、ブドウの成長が早く始まった年でした。暖かく、雨の少ない春でした。6月末まで多くのブドウ栽培者たちは乾燥を心配しました。最初の6ヵ月は60年間で一番暑い気候でした。7月と8月は例外的に涼しく、9月と10月は日照に恵まれました。ブドウ畑での一連の作業終了後、ブドウは完熟しました。ワインは期待以上に良く、エレガントで、新鮮で、香りが良く、よく熟したタンニンがあります。このヴィンテージのワインのほとんどは5〜10年が飲み頃ですが、中にはもっと時間が必要なワインもあります。2009と2010のまさに最高なヴィンテージの後、2011は普通のヴィンテージに戻ったのです。

2011 - Bordeaux : 7 / 10 (superior)
2011 started early. Spring was warm and dry. By end of June many worried about the dryness. The first 6 months were the hottest in 60 years. July and August were exceptionally cool. September and Octoer were sunny. After much work in the vineyards the grapes ripened fully. The wines are better than expected; elegant, fresh, aromatic and with ripe tannins. Most will drink well between 5~10 years, some will need more time. Back to normal after 2 exceptional vintages in a row.
