Tasting notes

明るいレモンイエロー。熟れたりんご、アカシアの蜂蜜、レモン、白い花などフローラルで上品な香りが立ち上る。まだ少し閉じ気味で、少し置くと香りが華やぎそう。とてもなめらかなアタックで、心地よいテクスチャー。酸もミネラル感もしっかりしているが、果実味に包み込まれてバランスよい。余韻にもフローラルな香りが続く。冷蔵庫温度から。今でも美味しい

Bright lemon yellow. Ripe apples, acacia honey, lemons, white flowers and other floral and elegant aromas stand out. It's still a little closed, and if you put it a little, the scent looks gorgeous. Very smooth attack and pleasant texture. It has a good acidity and minerality, but is well wrapped in fruit. The floral scent continues in the afterglow. From refrigerator temperature. Still delicious.

2018 - フランケン : 9 / 10 (excellent)
寒い湿った冬が過ぎ、従来通り、ブドウの木はゆっくりと4月末に発芽しました。その後、天候は温暖になり、更に暑く湿度が下がりました。この完璧な気候が夏中、早い収穫期間そして途絶えることなく晩秋まで続きました。夢の年です。収穫された全てのブドウが非常に高品質というだけでなく、通常より少ない収穫の数年間後の大豊作の年であったことがとても重要なことです。

2018 - Franken : 9 / 10 (excellent)
After a cool and wet winter the vines started sprouting slowly at the end of April, all very traditional. Thereafter the weather changed to become warm and later hot and dry. This perfect weather continued all summer, during the early harvest and it lasted until late in autumn. A dream year. And, not only because of the very high quality of all grapes harvested but also and importantly because it was a bountiful year after several years with much smaller crops.
