Rose wine with grated plums and apple-like aroma spread in the mouth.
Tasting notes
淡いオレンジピンク。穏やかな香りで、少しドライなチェリーのニュアンス。なめらかなアタックで、ほんのり果実の甘みも感じられる。酸はフレッシュだがソフト。穏やかなバランス。少しドライなチェリーやアプリコットの香りが口中で広がる。ミディアムーボディ。冷蔵庫温度で。今美味しい＋１年。
Pale orange pink. A slightly dry cherry nuance with a mild aroma. Smooth attack with a slight sweetness of fruit. The acid is fresh but soft. Calm balance. A slightly dry cherry or apricot scent spreads in the mouth. Medium mu body. At refrigerator temperature. Now delicious +1 year.

寒い湿った冬が過ぎ、従来通り、ブドウの木はゆっくりと4月末に発芽しました。その後、天候は温暖になり、更に暑く湿度が下がりました。この完璧な気候が夏中、早い収穫期間そして途絶えることなく晩秋まで続きました。夢の年です。収穫された全てのブドウが非常に高品質というだけでなく、通常より少ない収穫の数年間後の大豊作の年であったことがとても重要なことです。
2018 - Rheingau : 9 / 10 (excellent)
After a cold and wet winter the vines started sprouting slowly at te end of April, all very traditional. Tereafter te weather changed to become warm and later hot and dry. Tis perfect weather continued all summer, during the early harvest and lasted until late in the autumn. A dream year. And, not oly because of the very high quality of all grapes harvested but also and very importantly because is was a very bountiful year after several years with very small crops.

明るめのルビー色。熟したラズベリーやチェリーなどの赤い果実に、スパイスやなめし革などが加わる、柔らかで広がりのある香り。しなやかなアタックで、フレッシュな酸が生き生きとしている。まろやかな果実味と厚みがあり、細やかなタンニンとのバランスがよい。熟したベリー系果実の香りが余韻に残る。ミディアムボディ。
Bright ruby color. A soft and expansive scent with spices and leather added to red fruits such as ripe raspberries and cherries. With a supple attack, fresh acidity comes alive. It has a mellow fruit taste and richness. The fine tannins are well-balanced. The aroma of ripe berry fruits stays on in the aftertaste. Medium body.

Tropical aroma, refreshing white wine.
Tasting notes
明るい黄色。良く熟した黄桃、パイナップルなどのトロピカル系果実のフレッシュな香り。ほんのりとスパイシーさも感じられる。なめらかなアタックで、酸はフレッシュだがソフト。ふっくらとした心地よい口当たり。後味は爽やか。
Light yellow colour. Fresh aromas of tropical fruits such as well-ripe yellow peach and pineapple. Slightly spicy. The attack is smooth with a refreshing but well a integrated acidity. The wine is creamy and well rounded. It is medium bodied with a refreshing and lasting after-taste. Drink now or later.

2014 - 2016 - メンドーサ : 8 / 10 (very good)
いくつかの地域では雨と雹（ひょう）が問題でした。記録によると、最も涼しかった年の一つでした。そのため、ワインの生産量は25パーセント減りました。稀なことですが、ワインの品質はとても良いのです。相変わらず真っ先に果実味が感じられ、高いアルコール含有量の代わりに、心地よいフレッシュさがある、構成のしっかりとしたワインです。その意味で、例外的ですが、印象的なヴィンテージです。
2016 - Mendoza : 8 / 10 (very good)
Rain and hail was a problem in some areas. The year was one of the coolest on record, as a result 25 % fewer wines were produced. The quality is very good but also unusual. Wines are fruit forward as usual but instead of a high degree of alcohol they possess great freshness and good structure. In that sense the vintage is atypical, but also memorable.
